Residents Association

Why Join?

The RA is here to represent your interests - owners and tenants. We regularly represent residents in meetings to discuss the running of the building with Peverel OM and the Building Manager.

Have your say
Being a member of the resident entitles you to attend general meetings of the RA, where the priorities for the committee are decided.

Make your opinion count
The more residents we represent, the greater our influence.

Keep informed
Only members of the RA receive the Residents' Asociation Newsletter, keeping you up to date with progress on management issues and forthcoming major works.
