Metro Central Heights Building Manager
Our building manager is Gary Humphries, employed on the residents half by
the managing company Consort PM.
His office is on the lower ground
floor of the North Block, and you'll often catch him around the reception area. Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Managing Agents - Consort PM
Consort PM are employed on behalf of the residents to manage the building.
They are responsible for collecting the service charge, which covers facilities
such as the gym, pool, residents lounge and maintainece of the exterior and
communal parts of the building. Leaseholders can contact both the building manager or their accounts deparment via their Extranet,
Your Property Online.
After your initial
registration a password is sent to you by post.
